It's Monday night at about 8:00PM and my wife and I are at home getting our daughter ready for bed when the doorbell rings.  Much to my surprise the person on the other side of the door is the wife of one of my clients, Lisa.

About 8 weeks ago they contacted me about listing their home.  They had been considering becoming missionaries for several years and this was the year when they felt called to the field.  When they contacted me I went to work for them right away.  I worked hard to make sure that they were happy and my number one goal was to sell their Cedar Rapids Home.

Needless to say I did just that.  Once the offer arrived I helped my clients evaluate the offer, counter and than close.  They were very appreciative of everything I had done for them and at closing thanked me many times.  I felt really good about helping them out.

So tonight she drops in to tell us she is leaving for Nicaragua at the end of the month and wanted to drop me off a letter she wrote so that I could share it with future customers.  This is what the letter read:
